For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally
identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Age, Contact Number, Mail ID, Gender, Address,
Location, Device ID and all personal data like ID proofs or documents.
The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
The app does use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. Link to the
privacy policy of third-party service providers used by the app: Google Play Services.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in the case of an error in the app we collect data
such as your device IP address, device name, OS version, configuration, usage time, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files used as anonymous identifiers. Our service does not use cookies explicitly; however,
third-party libraries may. You can choose to accept or refuse cookies. If refused, some app features may not work.
Price And Price Related Details
We charge an advance amount of Rs. 500 for electric vehicle booking. A minimum charge of Rs. 12 applies and
prices vary based on rental duration. Taxes may also apply.
Service Providers
We employ third parties to facilitate our service, operate our service, perform service-related activities, or help
analyze service usage. These third parties may access personal information but are restricted from misuse.
Security
We value your trust and strive to protect your data using commercially acceptable means. However, no system is 100% secure.
Age Restriction
Services are available only to individuals aged 18 and above.
Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If such data is found, we delete it immediately.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Users must review this page periodically for changes.

Order Processing & Delivery Timeline
Once you place an order/booking, your vehicle will be processed at the nearest ERYDS branch in Chennai.
Standard delivery time: Same day / within 24 hours depending on availability. You will receive confirmation
by email or phone when ready for pickup.
Shipping Costs
Delivery/shipping cost is ₹0 within Chennai. No extra charge for branch pickup.
International / Out-of-City Shipping
Currently available only in Chennai. International or out-of-city delivery is not available.
Additional Notes
Ensure correct pickup details. Delay due to customer unavailability may affect delivery time.
User Agreement
Users cannot copy, modify, extract source code, or misuse app content.
Personal Data Usage
Users must ensure device security. Tampering (rooting/jailbreaking) may affect app usage.
Third-Party Services
Some features rely on third parties such as Google Play Services.
Internet & Charges
Users are responsible for mobile data, Wi-Fi charges, and roaming usage.
Device Responsibility
The user must ensure their device is charged and secure; service interruption due to device issues is not our responsibility.
App Updates
App updates may be required to continue service. If discontinued, access will be terminated.
Changes
Terms may be updated occasionally. Users should review periodically.
Cancellation Rules
Customers can cancel any rental plan at any time (Hourly / Daily / Monthly). However, the Base Amount is non-refundable, and only the remaining amount will be refunded.
Base Amount – 3 Plan Types
• Hourly Plan – Base Amount (Non-Refundable)
• Daily Plan – Base Amount (Non-Refundable)
• Monthly Plan – Base Amount (Non-Refundable)
The Base Amount covers vehicle blocking, processing, and admin charges and is always non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
• Only the Base Amount is deducted and the remaining amount is refundable.
• Refunds will not be issued in cases of fraud or misuse.
• Once the ride has started, cancellation is not allowed.

Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed by ERYDS within 1–3 working days after approval. Bank / UPI / Wallet settlement may take additional time (3–10 business days).
Razorpay Refunds
• Refunds via Razorpay are processed within 1–3 working days.
• Bank delays may add an additional 24–48 hours.
Special Notes
• Base Amount is always non-refundable.
• Refunds cover booking charges only; damage or penalty charges are excluded.
• If the ride has already started, cancellation rules may vary.
